Veronica Faye (Murry) Echols

Mrs. Veronica “Faye” Murry-Echols was born to the late Oliver C. and Blanche L. Murry on April 4, 1953 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. 

Faye graduated from Dollarway High School in 1971.  Faye resided in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for many years. She was a travel agent at Happy Time Travel Agency for 5 years.  She served as a Social Worker for Milwaukee Public Schools and she was the Job Placement Coordinator for Probation and Parole in Milwaukee. 

Faye relocated to Pine Bluff, AR and served as a substitute teacher for Dollarway ISD.  She also served as a Dietary Supervisor at a local Adult Care Facility.  Faye loved to read, cook and to play BINGO! She was a member of Family Time Baptist Church of Pine Bluff, AR.

Faye is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Darnell Murry.  She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Melva Echols of Milwaukee, WI, and three sons, Terrance Murry, Johnny Murry and Demetri Murry all of Pine Bluff, AR; 4 brothers, Gerald (Bessie) Murry of Pine Bluff, AR, Larry (Tracy) Murry of Irving, TX, Dedrick (Joy) Murry of New Orleans, LA, and Kenneth (Carolyn) Murry of Houston, TX, 2 sisters, Carolyn (Larry) Williams of Grand Prairie, TX, and Sonia Murry McAfee of Hutchins, TX; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.
