Rodney Lee Croseford age 69, transitioned his life to go home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born on May 16,1954, to the late George Johnson and Laura Mae Stard-Croseford of Moscow, Arkansas. He was a graduate of Vaster High School in 1973 and attended the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff majoring in Agriculture.
He confessed a life in Christ at an early age under the leadership of the late Reverend Havis Evans Cherry Hill Missionary Baptist Church Moscow, Arkansas. Rodney was a faithful member of Cherry Hill Missionary Baptist Church until his health declined. Rodney was well known for traveling, gardening, cooking and caring for others. He was a proud caregiver of Genashia & Tristan McAllister and Jeffery Williams until his departure July 22, 2014. Rodney was preceded in death by his parents George Johnson and Laura Mae Stard-Croseford; three sisters-Lucille Knight-Smith, Joyce Ann Croseford and Lucille Singleton; one brother Leroy Croseford.
He leaves to cherish his memories three sisters-Linda Jean Croseford of Sherwood, Arkansas; Deborah (Timothy) Croseford-Nelson of Omaha, Nebraska and Brenda Johnson of Chicago, IL and a very special friend Henry McAllister of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
