Maxcine Charles Closure was born May 10, 1936, in Wabbaseka, Arkansas, to the late Rutha M. Boyd- Bray and the fate Isaiah Charles. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Rutha M. Bray, and Father Isaiah Charles, Stepfather Eddie Bray Jr., husband Ned Closure, siblings Ivory J. Bray Murray, and Vemetha Bray Wright.
She confessed hope in Christ in Wabbaseka, Arkansas, at Star Bethel Missionary Baptist under the leadership of N.B. McCall. After school, she later moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, and then Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was employed many years at the Leather factory until she retired. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Ned Closure until his death.
Maxcine relocated to Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 2018, after many years of living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Maxcine transitioned to her heavenly home on April 26, 2021, at Davis Rehab in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She leaves to cherish her memory sisters Wemetha Bray Lyons of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, special sister Cora Murphy-Finley (Glean) of Little Rock, Arkansas two nephews Cleo Murray Jr. (Kisha) and Rodney Murray, both of Pine-Bluff, Arkansas, two nieces Yulonda Patterson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Shayla Williams of Maumelle, Arkansas. Furthermore, she also leaves to cherish her memory a host of great-nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
