Lorandall Carter

  Lorandall “Randy” Carter was born on December 9, 1980 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Leslie Carter and Cheryl Parker Fluker. 

Randy is proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother, Ms. Brunette Williams-Parker and his paternal grandfather, Jesse Carter. 

Randy leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Talya Carter of Little Rock, AR, and La’Niya Carter of Pine Bluff, AR; and one son Trevion Carter of Pine Bluff, AR.  His mother, Cheryl Parker-Fluker (Tommy Rankin) and Grandmother, Francis Carter Pine Bluff, Ar.  His brothers, Edward Kelly (Shawn), Maurice Carter and Darrion Carter, all of Pine Bluff, AR, and Reginald J. Wooten, of New Boston, TX, Leslie Carter, of Little Rock AR, and Michael Carter of Los, Angeles, CA. One sister, KaTrina Carter of Pine Bluff.  And his girlfriend and companion,  Ms. Sheena Goal.
