Lester Lee (Slim) Thompson

Our favorite guy, Lester Lee Thomas, flew away at 10:32 A.M., Saturday, November 13, 2021.  Slim was born in Pickens, Arkansas, to the union of the late Lillie Mae Thompson and the late Roosevelt Thompson on June 24, 1954.

Lester was married to Jeraldine (Pie) Thompson in 1985.  They had one son Fess Thompson (Kami).  Lester was also the father to Jeraldine's two other children Frederick Hawkins (Tia) and Tonya Alexander.  Lester also leaves behind a son from a previous relationship, Kendrick Thompson.

Lester Thompson was loved by all his grandchildren and had an incredibly special relationship with each one Lekevious (Kevi), Kierra, Fess, Chanel, Kam'ron, Nykayla, Konnor, Tyson, Caleb, Jeremiah, LaTeko, Lamarcus, Demantray, Frederica, Destiny, Keshawn, Kealiegh, Jakarra, Kendrick, Cordelia, and Kendria.

Lester leaves to cherish his memories two sisters, Helen (Tim) Robinson of Omaha, Nebraska, Dorothy Lloyd of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a brother Carvan Thompson of Grady, Arkansas.  Lester also leaves behind a special niece Miracle Monk (Stacey), and a host of other nieces and nephews ( I love).

Lester was preceded in death by his mother Lillie Mae Thompson, father, Roosevelt Thompson, brothers, Johnnie Thompson, Nehmiah Thompson, and sisters Annette Pumphrey-Robinson and Catherine Hamilton Johnson.
