Kelvin Locke, Sr.

Kelvin Eugene Locke, Sr was born in Pine Bluff, AR to Milton Tidwell and Irma Locke Tidwell, both preceded him in death.

Kelvin attended Christ Temple Church throughout his life and never forgot who God was to him. Kelvin was very skilled with his hands from a little tot and lived a very adventurous life. He loved his family and ensured his siblings were protected.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Lee Locke, his two brothers, Taylor "Pluckie" Locke, Milton "Dunnie" Tidwell, Jr, his eldest sister, Rosalyn "Miss Lucy" Tidwell, daughter Tina Locke, and son Harold Locke.

He leaves behind his wife, Louise Locke of Pine Bluff, AR; siblings- Melvin Locke (twin), Lewis Tidwell, Irma Tidwell Williams, and John Roy Tidwell. His children- Kelvin Locke, Jr, Tyrone Locke, Bobbie Spivey, and Veronica Locke.

He also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host or nieces, nephews, cousins, oner family, and friends.
