Florice B. Lusk

Florice Burnley Lusk affectionately known as "Flo" passed away on December 10, 2025, at The Green Cottages of Poplar Grove in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was 70 years old.

Born on October 19th, 1955, Flo grew up in a close-knit community of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She attended Townsend Park Public Schools and later the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Her education shaped the determination and discipline she would carry throughout her life. From a young age she confessed her hope in Christ and united with Pine Hill Baptist Church. Flo had strengthened her relationship with God and was excited to speak about it with her family.

Flo was a social butterfly and loved by everyone she encountered. She was a wonderful 'Nae-Nae" to her grandchildren, her "babies" as she affectionately referred to them as. Flo loved to cook and enthusiastically loved to share her cuisines with family and friends. She was a world traveler! SHE LOVED TO TRAVEL!

She gave many dedicated years to the State of Arkansas until she left the working world to become a full-time grandmother.

Flo was a beautiful person inside and out. She would give you fashion and makeup advice, but also the shirt off her back if you needed it. In every room she entered she brought beauty, laughter and love. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, family and generous love that won't soon be forgotten.

Proceeding her in eternal rest are her parents, Ira and Georgia Burnley, her brothers, Ira Jr. and John Burnley and sister Deloris McLemore. Also, her son Kevin Lusk.

She leaves to honor and cherish her memories, 2 daughters, Tiffany (Bruce) Carter of Pearland, TX and Diamond (Dion) of Knoxville, TN, Her fiancé Robert Watkins of Little Rock, AR, 5 Brothers, Fred (Dorothy) Burnley of San Antonio, TX, Curtis Burnley, Earl (Joanie) Burnley, Charles (Monica) Burnley, Kenneth (Fanta Burney all of Pine Bluff, AR 3 Sisters, Lue Ida of San Diego, CA, Ele (Calvin) Summers and Florence (Robert) Penister all of Pine Bluff, AR., 7 grandbabies and 3 great- grandbabies.
