Mr. Bruce "1-800-Brother & Suga" was born July 5, 1962, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Mattie Sue Davis and George Golden. A longtime resident of Arkadelphia passed into the Lord's embrace on Saturday, November 23, 2019 in Manchester, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents Mattie Sue Davis and George Golden. After his mother passed, Josephine Morris, Gloria Davis and Betty Helms helped raise Brother. Brother was forever grateful for the guidance and love shown by these special ladies. At an early he was saved and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.
He was a 1981 graduate of Arkadelphia High School in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Brother loved his family and would do anything for each and every one of his family members. Brother was an outgoing man who enjoyed helping others and sitting around with family or friends just shooting the breeze or reminiscing about their childhood. If there was a party and Brother was in attendance you could bet he was the life of the party and he loved to show his unique dance moves.
