Obituary
Arthur Lee Paylor, Sr., was born to the late Mittie Scott, in Pastoria, Arkansas, on May 26, 1959. He attended Altheimer High School and was a member of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Clark E. Thomas, where he was baptized and served as an usher for a period of time.
Arthur was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed fishing and watching old movies.
On January 11, 2023, Arthur went home to be with the Lord. He will be missed and cherished by many. Arthur was preceded in death by his mother, Mittie Scott, wife, Kimberly Foots-Paylor, and two brothers, James Carpenter and Kenny Scott.
Loving memories of his life will forever live in the hearts of his son, Arthur Paylor Jr. (Kalind Wise), his bonus sons, Travis Jackson, Anson Brown, Jamel Brown, Ryan Foots, Kevin Foots, his bonus daughter, Melony A. Darrough, three sisters, Viria Wasnik, Shirley A. Paylor, Diana Porter, two brothers Carl Scott, Sr. (Althea) and Donnie Scott, two grandsons, Ka’Marion Paylor and Xyiun Paylor, two uncles, Leotis Sledge and Eddie Sledge, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
